Class types, class times and days can be changed due to interest. Payment is by cash or cheque only at the studio. Payment may also be done by visa or
mastercard at Rates
. Once payment of classes has been received you'll be given credits for you classes and classes may
be booked online

We update our class schedule every 2-3 months so as to provide some variety in classes, exercises etc. so as to prevent a 'plateau' in participants' exercise
goals. If there are any suggestions or requests for types of classes etc. please let us know well in advance so that we may take it into consideration
putting up the schedule for the next 2-3 months period. There is also a suggestion box in the studio for clients' use. This is a great way to let us know
how we're doing, how we may do better and anything else.
Note: While we try to accommodate as many requests as possible when putting together our schedule it is not always possible to accomodate everyone.
if there you or a some friends are interested in coming in for a class together but are not able to get your desired spots in the class, our Personally
scheduled sessions/training may be the option for you. Find out more about our Personally
Classes are 60 mins in length.

We request that the first booking for the first class of the day be made at least 12 hours prior to start time to guarantee the class proceeds as scheduled.

is 60 minutes in length. Class introduces the basic techniques and principles of Pilates such as breathing, pelvic position,
neck position through exercises on both the mat and reformer. Participants are introduced to the reformer both how it works and how to use it and set it up
to suit their body. Participants are then put through a workout on both the mat and reformer introducing the basics of each. Muscle firing patterns are
also introduced and demonstrated. Open to new first time clients to the studio only.
Intro class is currently scheduled on Saturday mornings at 12pm. (Please check periodically for any changes.)

This class is done entirely on the reformer. Participants are placed through a full body workout on the reformer working on all
aspects of fitness including muscular endurance, balance, coordination, flexibility and muscle toning. Exercises in these classes are designed for those
with some Pilates and reformer experience. We suggest at least one package of 9 classes be spent working on mat/reformer classes, mat classes or Reformer
+mat classes before taking Reformer only classes.
classes are 60 minute classes incorporating 30 mins of exercises on the mat and 30 minutes of exercises on the reformer. Many
props such as the foam roller, Stability ball, flex bands, fitness circles, toning balls and arc barrels may be used. All levels and experiences welcome.
** We strongly encourage new clients wishing to take group reformer classes to come in for an introductory session on the reformer.
